The victim reported that he was shot by a suspect in another vehicle, who then fled the scene at the area of Washington Boulevard and Cedar Avenue around 2:16 a.m., Sunday, July 3, Howard County police say.
Police located the suspect in the nearby woods by drone after finding the crashed suspected vehicle near the scene.
Both the victim and the suspect suffered from non life-threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Charges for the suspect are reportedly pending.
